For the first time in history, and in commemoration of Canada's entering World War I, all three Victoria Crosses medals given to three young men who all lived on the 700 block of the street and courageously fought for our country will be on display in the Museum's Foyer. The Medals come to Manitoba as a loan from the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum (Ottawa) and will be on display, free of charge, until November 14
